We begin on site with an hour lecture covering pleinair concepts, basic composition, mapping your vision, basic color theory, color mixing, and painting methods. We continue to paint for three hours with guidance completing the session with a pleinair painting. Voila!
Meredith is an enthusiastic artist who works primarily from observation in a variety of media. She is a skilled oil painter with over 15 years experience with the medium. She is a natural teacher, teaching drawing and painting classes in Tucson and Patagonia, Arizona through The Drawing Studio and independent pleinair studies in Southern Colorado where she spends the Summer.
