Slower pencil work is laborious, yet enhances dynamism when juxtaposed with splattered paint. Stenciled and stamped imagery allude to the relation between intellect and intuition, motion and multiplicity.
I keep painting alive through a surrealistic approach, often combining disparate images generated from field sketches, conversations, and happenstance.
